Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is contact us and get approval to make a separate purchase for the new item to return the old item you have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@montevaro.com please provide your Name, Order Number, A photo of the items- including customised jewelry bags.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you where to return the item, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty or damaged, please send contact us straight away no more than 7 days after.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or worn items.
Shipping | Taxes
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Lost or stolen items
If your tracking says your order has been delivered and your order isn’t at your residence unfortunately this is a post office issue and you will need to follow this up with them (We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive but we cannot control the situations like thief, courier mishap etc). . If you need any help with details for your case please message us.
Left at post box/ Returned
If you haven't picked up your package ( yes this happens with people on holidays etc) we do not refund due to taking in considerations shipping, labor fess and material costs. If you have contacted the courier and can show proof we are happy to discuss via email.
European Union/International 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order if it hasn't been fulfilled, for any reason. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
